These Terms govern your use of SEO Audit AI ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The service

The app analyzes your Shopify storefront for SEO issues, generates scores and recommendations, optionally measures real Core Web Vitals via Google PageSpeed Insights, and can produce AI-assisted suggestions.

Acceptable use

You may use the app only on stores you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use it to scan third-party stores without permission, to overload our systems, or in violation of Shopify's terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed through Shopify's Billing API. Each plan includes a free trial. Plan limits (URLs per scan, scans per month) apply as described in the app. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page or in your Shopify admin; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Pricing and limits may change with reasonable notice.

AI-assisted recommendations

AI suggestions are provided for guidance only and may be inaccurate. Review and test any change before applying it to your live store. You are responsible for changes made to your store.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific SEO outcome or search ranking.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding three months.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
